FOCUS:
Raising good scholars and good citizens
Founded in New York in 1887, the school spans two  campuses in the Bronx and Manhattan with an additional ‘outdoor classroom’ programme hosted at their ‘John Dorr Nature Laboratory’ situated in 320 acres of fields, streams and ponds in Connecticut.  The focus on the environment and sustainability runs in tandem with a strong liberal arts programme throughout the school. Athletics plays a significant role, with cross-country, rugby, and water polo amongst others available to students. The school is also part of the ‘Ivy Preparatory School League’ which promotes good sportsmanship and an inclusive mentality in sports. The New York campus also hosts facilities such as an art gallery and state-of-the-art 650-seater theatre.
