The King's School Canterbury

FOCUS:
A 21-st century education at the oldest school in the country
As Kings’ pupils move purposefully through the precincts of Canterbury Cathedral, the sense of history and tradition is palpable. However, the education, whilst founded in its scholarly roots is one that is firmly future facing, as exemplified by the opening of a new Science centre at the heart of the school and key focuses on AI and sustainability. The new Head has hit the ground running with a strategic vision to Belong, Engage, Connect and Thrive. Bringing the family of schools together, Junior Kings in the neighbouring village of Sturry and the very successful International Centre adjacent to the main campus, Kings offers a through path for all ages from across the world. Their global perspective now extends beyond the UK to their international branch campuses in China and Cambodia.
