Based on the traditions of the East Coast schools but capturing the ‘can do’ spirit of the West Coast, this combination still works today; rigorous enquiry based learning takes place in the mornings, balanced with rock climbing or surfing in the afternoons. Admission is very competitive with only 80 highly motivated US and international pupils admitted a year.
