EXPLAINATION

This academic powerhouse employs over 50% international teachers and the curriculum is delivered in English, with Chinese a compulsory GCSE. Academically selective, SCIE follows the UK curriculum and regularly surpasses the UK A Level average by up to 25%.  The majority of pupils secure places at G5 UK universities, with over 30 Oxbridge places regularly offered and with Ivy Leagues and top local universities also on the ‘roll of honour’.  Academic extension is offered through clubs such as War Analysis and Gaming club, Economy Investment club and Cryptography club and pupils regularly take part in international competitions with teams recently winning awards in Future Business leaders of America and International Brain Bee.
